Description
• New isolated screening room in the 34th floor penthouse
of Fox Plaza
• Strengthening of the existing floor structure to accommodate
the new screening room and equipment
• We collaborated with HLW for the screening room portion
of this project
Scope
• Structural engineering services for the new screening room
and tenant improvement of the entire floor plate
Achievements
• Provided early input to minimize structural strengthening
requirements due to new isolated slab at the highest
occupied level of the 34-story building
• Collaborated with the design team and contractor to develop
economical structural design without jeopardizing the
desired aesthetics |
