Design Engineer




Helen Chow joined Insight Structural Engineers in 2014 after obtaining her Masters of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and gaining several years of experience at prominent structural engineering and construction firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.

While at her previous firms, Helen provided structural engineering services for Intel, Lockheed, Google, Western Digital and other high tech firms in the Silicon Valley area. She has also provided on-site construction management services for the Kaiser Permanente Cancer Treatment Center in South San Francisco. Helen has a passion for taking on challenging and unique projects, while delivering thoughtful and creative state of the art solutions to best meet client needs. She is experienced with BIM software and values clear, concise communication with all team members, including the Contractor.
