Edgar Plazola joined Insight Structural
Engineers in 2005 after obtaining his engineering degree from Cal
Poly Pomona and gaining structural experience with an international
structural engineering firm.
While at his previous firm,
Edgar was responsible for the analysis of two 400-foot long
underground Metro Gold Line stations.
Recently, Edgar has taken responsibility as the
lead engineer for the new $15.5M CSU Channel Islands Student Union
and a 28,000 square foot dormitory for the Salvation Army Crestmont
College in Rancho Palos Verdes. He has also provided structural
design and construction administration services for the seismic
retrofit of several buildings in the Los Angeles area. |
