• Converted 20 existing buildings in a new campus to totaling over 150,000 sf in the Culver City Arts District
• Maintained most of the existing bowstring roof trusses, butler moment frames and masonry walls into creative office space with new mezzanines, screening rooms and post production spaces
• Services included core and shell and tenant improvement work for the developer and the following tenants: Mossimo, Hungryman, Bandito Films, Jump Editorial, Nicodim Gallery, Kordansky Gallery, Thomas Wylde, The Mill, and Genton Property Group
