• New 35,000 sf headquarters in the Culver City Arts District for a company that rents high-end film and digital cinema cameras to motion picture, television and commercial production companies
• Services include a voluntary seismic retrofit, repair of damaged roof framing, strengthening of roof framing for new equipment, custom steel supports/bracing for new camera rails and custom details for partitions, soffits and ceilings
• Collaborated with Abramson Teiger and L.E. Waters (general contractors)
• Located adjacent to bLAckwelder, which is another one of our recent, creative office and adaptive reuse projects
