• Collaborated with Ware Malcomb Los Angeles to modify this 2-story, 54,000 sf, aerospace building into a new creative office space with a large, cantilevered outdoor entry, new façades, glass roll up doors, a café, outdoor site features, fire pits and electric vehicle charging stations
• Services included due diligence for Montana Avenue Capital Partners, LLC (the developer), full structural engineering for core and shell modifications for Ware Malcomb, as well as tenant improvements for NYX Cosmetics (the tenant and parent company of L’Oreal)
